Several other blogs do this, where users are allowed to comment on an article via ActivityPub (e.g., a Mastodon instance).

The big challenge about this is that this website is static, and does not currently use JavaScript. So, this feature request is out of scope for swg and would have to be implemented in this website.

If JavaScript is to be avoided, then a basic CGI program could be used to display pre-rendered comments in an iframe under articles. This is desirable by users who disable JavaScript.
