Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Display a one-time warning to visitors of a Lanbassador web app instance if the deployed version is unstable. #79 will do so if the frontend tree is not checked out to a tagged commit, but it would be great to have the server let clients know of its version (and liblanbassador's) (e.g., via a manifest request).
It would be desirable to have this feature in the future to allow for better early testing.
